We can sell your property on our "Direct to Buyer" marketing program for a flat fee of $5995. On this program your property is not on the MLS®. You receive the same services and advertising that we give to all our our sellers that are on this program. Assist-2-Sell, Buyers & Sellers 1st Choice can also sell your property on our "MLS® For Less" marketing program. Our commission for selling your property on this program is $5995 or 2%, plus the co-broke commission. We advise you to offer a co-broke commission of three to four percent. Your receive the same services and advertising that we give to all our our sellers on this program.
